Jessica Du Quesne is a seasoned marketer and sales professional with over ten years of experience in multiple industries. Jessica’s greatest strengths are her passion, creativity, drive and leadership. Her professional style is based on her inter-personal communications, ability to make the best possible use of her personal network, management of multi-functional work teams, customer service and sales. 


Originally from Lima, Peru she has worked in many different roles, all of which have helped shape her business acumen, approach for driving solutions and exposure to various business cultures.


Jessica was recognized as one of the 2017 Northwest Arkansas Women In Business and 2020’s Celebrate Magazine One’s to Watch.


Currently Jessica works at the Hershey Company leading the Omnichannel Marketing Team that supports Walmart and the Club Business. Jessica is primarily responsible for providing thought leadership and strategic executional guidance to develop insight-based activation plans, providing mutual benefits to the shopper, retailers and manufacturers. 


Previous to her time at Hershey, Jessica was a Shopper Marketing Account Manager with Saatchi & Saatchi X in Springdale, Arkansas and her clients included Procter & Gamble, Del Monte and The Coca-Cola Company

Missy Tiller

Missy Tiller, Vice President of Retail and Shopper Marketing at SheSpeaks, began her career in media for various CPG brands. Her 20+ years in shopper marketing has allowed her to work with brands such as P&G, Del Monte, Coca-Cola, and alongside retailers such as Walmart, Target, Walgreens, Kroger and many more. 

As Vice President of Retail and Shopper Marketing at SheSpeaks, Missy leads the new business development efforts for the agency. Missy works with shopper marketing and retail clients to plan their Influencer campaigns to reach their business goals.  

Missy graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where she resides today.

Jamie Cornelius

Jamie Cornelius is the Executive Creative Director at award-winning experience agency ChangeUp. Innovating across categories, she is the creative force behind many of today’s most successful brands, including P&G, Panera, SHEETZ, Discount Tire, Jimmy John's, and Target. Jamie is passionate about working with her multi-disciplinary team to create consumer experiences that delight, inspire, and raise the bar.

Tom Williams

Tom Williams is Executive Vice President and Chief Experience Officer of Discount Tire. He was hired in 1986 in Houston, Texas and has moved through all operational positions including SVP of operations in 2013. During his time at corporate, he has overseen safety, learning and development, all marketing and advertising, and leading the Omni segment formed in 2015. In 2021, he took on the newly created role of Chief Experience Officer overseeing both the employee and customer experience end-to-end. Currently in charge of all eCommerce, Retail Innovation, Customer Experience and Employee Experience, Mr. Williams is transforming the way Discount Tire does business across all channels.

Al Burke

Al Burke is Senior Vice President, Loblaw Real Estate with Loblaw Companies Limited – a position he has held since 2017.  

Mr. Burke oversees the organization’s comprehensive Real Estate management strategy, across a portfolio of assets that includes 2,500 grocery stores and pharmacies, 11 Corporate offices and 27 Distribution Centres.  His team leads all construction and renovation projects for these stores and over 85 million square feet of retail warehouse and office locations, as well as a variety of related functions, including Market Analytics, Store Planning and Design, and Maintenance.  

Notably, Mr. Burke is the company’s Executive Lead for all ESG initiatives related to carbon reduction, energy management and refrigeration.  Loblaw has set ambitious targets in the pursuit of achieving net-zero greenhouse gas and carbon emissions for Scope 1 and Scope 2 by 2040, and Scope 3 by 2050.  Under Mr. Burke’s leadership, the company is making significant progress, with science-based targets that will contribute to Canada’s overall climate plan and Loblaw’s purpose-led commitment of helping Canadian live life well.  

Mr. Burke has spent his entire 43-year career with Loblaw.  Outside of the business, he is an avid car racing afficionado.
