All booths must be set up by 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 26. No freight deliveries will be accepted on Wednesday after 10 a.m.

Hotel
The official hotel of Shop! MarketPlace is the Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Downtown South Congress. Discounted rooms are set aside at a discounted rate and it is only .2 miles from the Palmer Events Center.

- Entrances on Barton Springs Rd. and Riverside Dr.
- Clearance Height: 7’2”
Pro Tip: The Riverside Dr. entrance to the parking garage is often underutilized. To avoid traffic at the Barton Springs Rd. entrance, use the Riverside Dr. entrance.

Each exhibitor, for himself/herself and his/her employees, substitutes or agents, agrees to abide by the rules and regulations given herein and by subsequent amendments and additions, considered by Shop! MarketPlace to be in the best interest of all exhibitors. Upon non-compliance with the established rules, Shop! MarketPlace reserves the right to prohibit, reject or eject any exhibitor, exhibitor's representative, exhibit (in whole or part) or visitor, with or without giving cause. In the event of restriction or eviction, the Shop! MarketPlace Show is not liable for any refunds on rentals or other exhibit expenses.
