DICK’S Sporting Goods wanted to refresh the kit of parts for their vertical men’s activewear brand, VRST.  They needed a floor display that offered the following:  (1) easy assembly; (2) durability; (3) functionality; and (4) longevity at retail.

DICK’S wanted a well-branded permanent solution that would attract shoppers to VRST.  They understood that a floor display would increase interaction levels and prioritized durability and strength.  Easy execution was also important, given that store personnel would determine placement and perform installation.

The target market is active men, especially those in their mid-twenties. The logo should attract male shoppers who run, golf, and wear athletic apparel in leisure. Many stores make this a stopping point for shoppers to learn more about the brand with information about VRST.
