Tiffany Pieja is Senior Manager of Permanent Merchandising at The Hershey Company, where she leads innovative, profitable, and sustainable in-store merchandising solutions that drive category growth. She spearheaded a research-based refresh of the candy beacon end-cap program, increasing customer commitments and accelerating both category and Hershey sales. She also launched Hershey’s first display sustainability summit with vendors, introducing guidelines to reduce environmental impact in fixture development and execution. Tiffany values insights, strong relationships, and enduring capabilities, and brings a learner’s mindset to building seamless shopper experiences across physical and digital touchpoints.
She began her career in field sales at Campbell Soup Company, where she developed a passion for display design. She later joined Burt’s Bees, leading temporary and permanent display development, advancing sustainability guidelines, and launching the company’s in-line cosmetic display system.
Tiffany lives in Hershey, PA, with her partner, Adam, their children, Jonas and Ruby, and their dog, Bowy Maverick (CGC, ATD).
