Shawn Evans is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of his independent consultancy, Retail Operations Excellence. In this role, he leads the company, leveraging his expertise to deliver impactful solutions and strategic guidance to clients within the retail sector.
For 37 years at Procter & Gamble, Shawn has worked with retailers, solution providers, and academics to develop supply chain and retail operations solutions focused on improving shopper experience and reducing loss. He has facilitated over 100 collaboration projects, hosted "The Product Protection Summit" for a decade, and led academic research on theft behaviour, culminating in "The Total Thief Journey." Shawn is active in industry groups such as RILA, LPRC, FMI, and NRF.
He resides in Naples, Florida, and Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts, with his wife Regina.
