Pamela Demarest is a results-driven procurement executive and strategic sourcing leader with deep expertise across the retail industry. She currently serves as Director of Procurement at Snipes USA, supporting a network of 365 stores.
In her role, Pamela is leading the transformation to a centralized procurement organization, building a high-performance function that drives value across all non-merchandise categories. She partners cross-functionally to align business needs while delivering measurable impact through cost optimization, strategic supplier relationship management, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.
Pamela plays a critical leadership role during store remodel cycles and periods of margin pressure, acting as both a safeguard and strategic enabler. She serves as an enterprise integrator, aligning procurement strategy across construction, creative, visual merchandising, operations, finance, and asset protection to ensure seamless execution and maximum value creation.
Prior to Snipes, Pamela held leadership roles with prominent retailers including The Limited, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Urban Outfitters. She also spent over 15 years on the supplier side, enabling retail manufacturers to scale internationally by building and leveraging a network of high-performing, vetted global manufacturing partners.
