Meredith is a passionate, omni-channel sales leader with extensive, unique experience across purpose-driven CPG brands categories. Meredith started her career (and passion for Oral Care!) in brand and innovation marketing at Colgate-Palmolive before transitioning to sales leadership roles. She then worked at Reckitt as Trade Marketing Director across sexual wellness, personal care and foot care categories. For the past 7 years she has worked to bring omni-channel vision, perspective and executional excellence to emerging brands at various stages of growth. Amongst these experiences, she led the bringing feminine wellness & hygiene brand LOLA into omni-channel by launching at Walmart. She also developed commercial strategies and launch plans for a new infant nutrition brand, ByHeart. In Meredith’s current role as Chief Commercial Officer at quip, she is responsible for all sales at the company and is tasked with ensuring quip remains a leader -- as it has always been -- in emerging commerce trends. quip is the #3 electric toothbrush brand in America and is sold in over 15,000 retail stores, achieves double-digit growth on Amazon, and continues to be a DTC and Subscription powerhouse. quip also has a strong dental engagement business, including a Hygienist Ambassador Program and wholesale partner sales. quip is a DTC digitally-native (now turned-omni-channel leader!) that designs and delivers oral care products that make oral health more simple, accessible, and enjoyable.
