Kevin Larson is a strategic enterprise protection executive with more than 30 years of experience leading asset protection, physical security, and loss prevention programs across multi-billion-dollar retail and corporate environments. He has held leadership roles at companies such as Kroger and Limited Brands.  Kevin is recognized for building analytics-driven programs that reduce shrink, strengthen investigative outcomes, and deliver significant ROI. His leadership includes implementing enterprise crisis management and workplace violence programs, deploying large-scale CCTV and incident management systems, and executing security sourcing and product protection strategies that generated millions in annual savings. He has a proven ability to influence, develop scalable frameworks, and foster high-performing teams focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation. An active industry leader, Kevin serves on advisory boards and steering committees within the Loss Prevention Research Council, the Retail Industry Leaders Association, and the FMI Grocery committee and regularly contributes to industry education through speaking engagements, media, and academic partnerships. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement and is a Certified Forensic Interviewer. In his space time, he enjoys cycling and he and his wife enjoy volunteering with a strong commitment to community engagement and philanthropy.
