Kate Culley-Rapata is Principal of Design & Architecture at Globeateliê, a firm headquartered in Columbus OH and with design, architecture, procurement, and construction professionals located throughout the world. Kate is a creative and technical architect with over 20 years of experience leading retail and restaurant projects, initiatives, and teams. She has spent most of her career on the design consulting side, working with iconic clients such as Levi’s (of course!), Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Tesla, Inspire Brands, and Yum! Her corporate experience includes years as a member of the Victoria’s Secret Innovations team, where she specialized in design management for flagship projects including stores in NY on Fifth Avenue, Shanghai, Milan, and Santa Monica. Kate is based in Columbus, with deep ties to the US West Coast and abroad. She holds a Master of Architecture from UC Berkeley, is a LEED Accredited Professional with an expertise in Building Design & Construction, and is licensed to practice architecture in a number of US states.
