Danilo is a retail leader with over 20 years of experience leading high-performing teams and driving results across multi-unit operations.
In his current role as Regional Director at SNIPES — one of the country's premier streetwear and sneaker retailers — he oversees a network of 12 District Managers and over 120 store locations, with accountability spanning P&L management, operational excellence, and leadership development.
While at SNIPES his progression from District Manager to Senior District Manager to Regional Director speaks to a consistent ability to deliver on business goals while bringing out the best in the people he leads.
Before joining SNIPES, Danilo built a strong foundation in retail leadership at Modell's Sporting Goods and Sears, gaining the kind of broad, hands-on experience that shapes well-rounded leaders/teams.
When Danilo is not in the field, you'll find him strategizing around how to make retail leadership more purposeful, more human, and more effective.
