  • 2024 Retail Challenge Brought to Life featuring MANSCAPED

    Visit this Experiential Zone to see the 2024 Retail Challenge winning team’s execution of the Manscaped brand activation, which took place during Shop! Ideation last October. The pop-up was created with a goal of increasing engagement and brand visibility by meeting consumers in familiar retail spaces. Teams were tasked with effectively integrating Manscaped’s edgy humor and unique brand voice in a way that aligns with retailer values. The space creates an appropriate yet disruptive presence and promotes the importance of using the right tools for the job.

    PAVE x Whole Foods Market: Designing Tomorrow’s Community Hub
    Come see the winning design from PAVE’s Student Design Challenge partnership with Whole Foods Market. This innovative concept reimagines café and seating spaces that authentically connect with local communities. The winning student designer will present their vision for creating engaging, Instagram-worthy spaces that encourage customers to linger and connect. Experience firsthand how the next generation of designers is transforming traditional retail environments into vibrant community gathering spaces.

    PAVE will also host an insightful panel discussion + Q&A featuring Professor Brian Davies and emerging designers from Appalachian State University’s Interior Design Program. Together, they’ll explore how social anxiety is reshaping the future of community spaces and share their unique perspectives on how Gen Z engages with third-place environments.
