Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel for any reason, please notify us via email at [email protected]. Retailer and brand owner attendees will receive a full refund if canceling more than 30 days out from the event. Refunds will not be given after April 6 but your registration can be transferred to a colleague.
For all non-exhibiting manufacturers or design firms/agencies/construction firms, etc., a full refund will be given for cancellations received 60 days out from the event (March 7). A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received 30 days out from the event (April 6). Refunds will not be given after April 6 but your registration may be transferred to a colleague. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
