Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel for any reason, please notify us via email at john.morabito@smartworkmedia.com. Cancellations received by January 31, 2026 will receive a full refund. Those received between February 1 and February 28, 2026 will receive a 50% refund. After February 28, 2026, refunds will not be issued; however, you may transfer your registration to a colleague at your firm. Please note that no refunds will be issued for no-shows or for any special event/reception tickets.
